Introduction
The nonionic surfactant plant, established in 1995, operates in technical cooperation with Nippon Oil & Fats Co., Ltd. EnHou’s technique focuses on EO/PO copolymers and EO, PO derivatives. The entire plant was designed by Japan HEC Co., Ltd with DCS automatic controlled, which covers two production lines and a pilot plant. For safety, the related electric meters are pressure-resistant and explosion-proof. The tanks and the process area are equipped with 15 toxic gas detectors ensuring a safe workplace. This plant is the first private company has passed the Taiwan government’s “hazardous and high pressure vessel operation.”

During the R&D stage in the laboratory, our three 5L autoclaves are used to confirm the formulation to ensure the correctness and stability. Afterwards, it will then be transferred to the pilot plant and the mass production line. Enhou insists on the development process step by step, which relevant development standards have to be met. It is nothing but to give the best interpretation and control of the product features and the performances.
